This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased from Latin American Liquors ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
 

Age Verification Requirements

  • All recipients must be 21 years or older

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at delivery

  • No delivery to visibly intoxicated persons

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified
     

Delivery Areas

Service Coverage

  • We currently ship to select states within the United States

  • Local delivery available in select metropolitan areas

  • We do not ship internationally

  • Shipping restrictions apply based on state and local laws
     

Restricted Areas

  • We cannot ship to dry counties or areas with alcohol delivery restrictions

  • P.O. boxes are not accepted

  • Military bases require special authorization

  • Some college campuses may have restrictions

Standard Shipping

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days

  • Available Monday through Friday

  • No holiday deliveries
     

Express Shipping

  • Processing time: Same day for orders before 2 PM EST

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days

  • Additional fees apply

Local Delivery

  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 4 PM local time

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed after cutoff

  • Specific delivery windows can be scheduled

  • Orders $50-$100: $14.99

  • Orders over $100: $19.99

  • Additional fees for heavy items or remote locations
     

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $200 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

  • Minimum purchase requirements may vary by location

  • Not valid with other shipping promotions

Delivery Guidelines

Signature Requirements

  • Adult signature (21+) required for all deliveries

  • No exceptions to signature requirement

  • Third-party authorization not accepted

  • Packages cannot be left unattended
     

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Three delivery attempts will be made

  • Redelivery fees may apply

  • Orders returned after failed attempts will incur restocking fees

  • Customer notification provided after each attempt
     

Order Tracking

  • Tracking number provided via email once order ships

  • Real-time tracking updates available

  • Delivery notifications sent via email and text (if opted in)

  • Customer service available for tracking assistance
     

Damages and Missing Items

Inspection Requirements

  • Inspect package upon delivery

  • Note any damages on delivery receipt

  • Take photos of damaged packages

  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
     

Claims Process

  1. Contact customer service immediately

  2. Provide order number and photos

  3. Keep original packaging

  4. Follow provided return instructions
     

Shipping Insurance

  • All orders automatically insured up to $100

  • Additional insurance available for purchase

  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery

  • Coverage excludes confiscation by authorities
     

Weather-Related Delays
